Terms for ReEntry accounts, cloud services and optional AI features.
About these terms
ReEntry ADHD is provided by Marcelle Brown. These terms govern ReEntry services and this website. The iOS application is licensed under the Apple Standard EULA identified on our EULA page. These service terms supplement that license and do not replace it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required for your use where you live. If below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must agree and supervise use where required. Use an email account you control, protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to info@midpointcorp.com. You are responsible for activity you authorize.
What ReEntry provides
ReEntry helps save stopping points, organize missions and return through small steps. It is a productivity tool, not medical care, diagnosis, treatment or emergency assistance. It does not guarantee completion, punctuality, recovery of lost information or particular outcomes. Due dates in the current version do not schedule notifications. Sign-in, sync and AI require internet.
Your content
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us and our providers the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit and display content to operate the features you request. We do not acquire ownership of your missions. Submit only content you have the right to use and share. Obtain any legally required consent before recording others.
AI features
AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review names, dates and next steps before saving or relying on them. Choosing Fill in my fields sends selected content for processing as described in the privacy policy. Manual capture remains available. AI is subject to availability and reasonable usage limits that may change for security and reliability.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, harass people, introduce malware, gain unauthorized access, circumvent security or usage limits, or interfere with service operation. Do not submit material you are not permitted to provide to service providers. These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Pricing and purchases
Installing or using ReEntry does not authorize charges outside an expressly presented purchase. If paid features are offered, the price, billing period and terms must be shown before purchase. Apple purchases, cancellations and refunds follow applicable Apple rules and mandatory consumer rights. Visiting these pages or accepting these terms does not create a subscription.
Changes and ending use
We may update features or reasonably limit access to address abuse, security, legal requirements or service operation. Where practicable and required, we will give notice of material changes or discontinuation. You may stop using ReEntry and delete your account at any time. Deletion and offline-copy limitations appear in the privacy policy. Provisions that by their nature survive termination continue to apply.
Availability and responsibility
Interruptions, errors and data loss can occur. Keep independent copies of important information. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Apple Standard EULA governs license-related warranties and limitations for the iOS app.
Privacy, disputes and contact
The privacy policy explains processing and does not waive statutory rights. Email info@midpointcorp.com to raise concerns. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights or prevent use of courts and remedies available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent lawful. We will notify you of material updates where required.
